Prices for airline tickets and travel services are subject to change at any time. No quoted price, seat, or fare is guaranteed until full payment has been received and the ticket has been issued or the reservation has been confirmed.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing passenger names, dates of birth, travel dates, flights, itineraries, and other relevant information before payment and ticket issuance.
After a ticket has been issued or a reservation has been completed, corrections resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer may be subject to fees charged by the airline, service provider, or Feiha Travel.
机票及其他旅行服务的退票、改签、取消及退款均受航空公司或相关服务供应商的具体规定约束。
部分机票或服务可能不可退款、不可更改，或需要支付差价、罚金及其他费用。

Refunds, changes, cancellations, and reimbursements for airline tickets and other travel services are subject to the specific rules and policies of the applicable airline or service provider.
Certain tickets or services may be non-refundable or non-changeable, or may require payment of fare differences, penalties, or other applicable charges.
In addition to fees charged by airlines or other service providers, Feiha Travel may charge reasonable service fees based on the services actually provided.
旅客有责任确保本人持有有效的护照、签证、旅行证及目的地或中转国家/地区要求的其他旅行文件。
飞哈旅游可以根据客户要求提供护照更新、签证、旅行证及相关申请的协助服务，但所有申请的最终审批结果及处理时间均由相关政府、领事机构或其他主管部门决定。
飞哈旅游无法保证任何签证、护照或旅行证申请一定获得批准，也无法保证政府机构的具体处理时间。
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, travel documents, and any other documentation required by their destination or transit countries or regions.
At the customer’s request, Feiha Travel may provide assistance with passport renewals, visas, travel documents, and related applications. However, all final decisions regarding approval and processing times are determined solely by the applicable government agencies, consulates, or other competent authorities.
Feiha Travel cannot guarantee approval of any visa, passport, or travel document application and cannot guarantee the processing time of any government agency.

Airlines may change, delay, or cancel flights due to operational requirements, weather conditions, mechanical issues, government regulations, or other circumstances.
Airlines, hotels, payment service providers, and other third-party service providers may be subject to their own respective terms and conditions.
In the event of flight changes, cancellations, or other travel-related issues, Feiha Travel will provide reasonable assistance to customers. However, final decisions regarding refunds, rebooking arrangements, and related fees may be determined by the airline or applicable service provider.
客户有责任向飞哈旅游提供准确、完整的乘客及旅行资料，包括姓名、出生日期、护照信息、联系方式及其他预订或申请所需要的信息。
因客户提供错误、不完整或过期的信息而导致的出票错误、无法登机、申请延误、重新出票或其他额外费用，可能需要由客户承担。

Customers are responsible for providing Feiha Travel with accurate and complete passenger and travel information, including names, dates of birth, passport information, contact information, and any other information required for reservations or applications.
Customers may be responsible for ticketing errors, denied boarding, application delays, ticket reissuance costs, or other additional expenses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy published on our website.
